The role of aProcess Operatoris vital to the success of our business. Working in a strong team environment you will be responsible for supporting our operational departments to ensure the safe and sustainable production of aluminium through the operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment in conjunction with manual duties.
Vital Role: Supporting operational departments for safe and sustainable aluminium production
Team Environment: Working collaboratively in a strong team setting
Varied Responsibilities: Operating cranes, driving mobile equipment, process control, casting hot metal, and more
What you’ll bring
To be considered for this role, you will have:
A current driver’s licence
A demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team and to autonomously manage your workload
A willingness to work in a labour-intensive role, at heights and in hot environments
Ability to work on a shift roster of 12-hour shifts including days and nights
