About the Process Operator role:

You'll be part of a team transforming raw materials into products that are essential materials for industries including electronics and automotive. The work can be physical and hands-on, but if you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, this is a chance to grow with a company investing in its future.

What you will be doing as the Process Operator:

Operating and monitoring production processes.
Handling raw materials and finished products.
Keeping the plant running smoothly with housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks.

What we are looking for:

Experience as a production operator, process operator or similar gained in a chemical, heavy or metals-based manufacturing environment.
A proactive, reliable individual who's ready to roll up their sleeves.
Someone eager to learn and develop in a physical, heavy industrial environment.

The package:

A starting rate of 14-16 per hour, progressing to 17.50 per hour after training, plus lucrative shift allowances (once on shift after training) of 70 per week and 120 per night shift, your efforts will be well-rewarded.

Benefits include a company pension, 150 hours of holiday, plus bank holidays, the potential for two bonuses per year, and overtime at enhanced rates.
