Job Description: Process Engineer at Yeo Valley

Join one of the UK’s most loved dairy brands at Yeo Valley, located in the heart of the Somerset countryside. We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and strengthen our production processes, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality products efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
• Supporting root cause analysis and troubleshooting of process issues
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement process improvements
• Analyzing data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Supporting new product introductions and process trials

Your shift pattern:

• 4 on / 4 off rotation (2 days, 2 nights), promoting a balanced work-life schedule

What you need:

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer
• An appropriate Engineering qualification
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments is preferred but not essential
• Multi-skilled in mechanical and electrical disciplines
• PLC experience is advantageous
