Job summary

The Holt in Redditch is seeking a Process Manufacturing / Warehousing Operator to join their team, supporting powder packing, repacking and production activities.

You will maintain records, manage stock movements, and ensure packaging materials are available, while following health, safety and quality procedures. Forklift training is desirable and training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (BRC/FSSC/GMP) is essential.
• Understanding SDS, COSHH and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out powder packing, repacking and production activities.
• Support food and chemical processing operations.
• Manage stock movements and ensure packaging materials are available.
• Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Arrange goods dispatch, deliveries and collections where required.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Support wider warehouse activities and work closely with the Process Lead.

They are looking for a Process Manufacturing / Warehousing Operator to join their team in Redditch, supporting industrial powder packing and repacking, food and chemical processing, and general warehouse operations. The Role

• Carry out powder packing, repacking and production activities.
• Support food and chemical processing operations.
• Manage stock movements and ensure packaging materials are available.
• Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Arrange goods dispatch, deliveries and collections where required.
• Follow strict Health & Safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Handle materials safely in line with relevant safety data sheets.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Support wider warehouse activities and work closely with the Process Lead.
  
  Previous manufacturing experience within a BRC, FSSC, GMP or similarly regulated environment is essential.
• Understanding of SDS, COSHH and risk assessments.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with weights, measurements and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Able to follow procedures and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Willing and able to work shifts as required.
Desirable: Forklift licence, warehouse experience, chemical handling knowledge or experience with hazardous goods labelling and packing regulations. Training can be provided where required
