Job summary

A Process Manufacturing / Warehousing Operator role in Redditch, Worcestershire, for a client of Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd. You will support powder packing, repacking, and production activities, along with warehouse duties and documentation.

Applicants should have experience in regulated manufacturing (BRC/GMP), knowledge of SDS/COSHH, and good communication. Forklift and warehouse experience are desirable; training can be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (BRC, FSSC, GMP or similar).
• Familiarity with SDS, COSHH and risk assessments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Willing to work shifts and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out powder packing, repacking and production activities.
• Support food and chemical processing operations.
• Manage stock movements and ensure packaging materials are available.
• Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Arrange goods dispatch, deliveries and collections where required.
• Follow strict Health & Safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Handle materials safely in line with SDS and local regs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Support wider warehouse activities and liaise with Process Lead.
