This role focuses on developing and optimising production processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting projects from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Experience as Manufacturing/Process Engineer with injection moulding.
• Proven ability to develop and optimise manufacturing processes.
• Experience with NPI and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes, resolve production issues, improve efficiency, and support projects from initial design through to manufacture.
• Improve and optimise manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and output.
• Support new product introduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Work Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.

Are you a Process / Manufacturing Engineer with experience in injection moulding, looking to join a highly technical engineering company offering excellent career development, specialist training, and the opportunity to work on advanced manufacturing processes? The company is a well‑established manufacturer supplying into industries all over the world. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Process Engineer to support their engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities
