Job description

We are currently recruiting for Process Managers to join our client based in Rugby.

The Process Manager role is fixed term contract role , 6 months , and it may/will involve working at their Nuneaton location as well.

Main duties as a Process Manager:

  • Ensuring the appropriate level of resource is assigned to the specific area to cover all shifts across the working week.
  • Daily planning and management of the operation, depending on the area you manage including parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
  • Managing and controlling Client SLA s, load presentation compliance and daily asset requirements.
  • Manage and control the reduction of damages and claims.
  • Accountable for all shift operational costs and performance reports and able to demonstrate strong cost leadership.
  • With the support of the Operations Manager lead, organise and control a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders including 121 s, performance reviews and team meetings.
  • Responsible for all H&S, hygiene and quality audits including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your area.
  • Support the Operations Manager to develop a peak plan for your specified area in line with forecasted volumes.
  • Promoting and driving consistency to ensure the delivery of excellent operational standards.
  • Lead by example in creating a high-performance people orientated culture within the function that thinks inside the box.

Main requirements for the Process Manager role.

We are recruiting for Process Managers for both AM and PM shifts, however a certain level of flexibility is required.
