We are currently recruiting for Process Managers to join our client based in Rugby.
The Process Manager role is fixed term contract role , 6 months , and it may/will involve working at their Nuneaton location as well.
Main duties as a Process Manager:
- Ensuring the appropriate level of resource is assigned to the specific area to cover all shifts across the working week.
- Daily planning and management of the operation, depending on the area you manage including parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
- Managing and controlling Client SLA s, load presentation compliance and daily asset requirements.
- Manage and control the reduction of damages and claims.
- Accountable for all shift operational costs and performance reports and able to demonstrate strong cost leadership.
- With the support of the Operations Manager lead, organise and control a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders including 121 s, performance reviews and team meetings.
- Responsible for all H&S, hygiene and quality audits including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your area.
- Support the Operations Manager to develop a peak plan for your specified area in line with forecasted volumes.
- Promoting and driving consistency to ensure the delivery of excellent operational standards.
- Lead by example in creating a high-performance people orientated culture within the function that thinks inside the box.
Main requirements for the Process Manager role.
- PC literate
- Full current driving licence
- Motivational leader
- Extensive knowledge and experience of operational processes and practices, particularly hub operations
We are recruiting for Process Managers for both AM and PM shifts, however a certain level of flexibility is required.
