Job Title: Process Manager (bakery) | Location: Watnall (NG16)

So what’s it all about?

As our next Process Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the team to work collaboratively across all functions to influence and upskill colleagues. Your remit will be to ensure the product quality is high to reduce customer complaints.

You should be a food enthusiast with an eye for detail! Working with a wider manufacturing team, you will manage and develop process controls related to specifications. You will also implement new product launches on-site and share best practices for product improvement.

This role requires strong organisational skills and process focus. No two days are alike. You will coach and influence people to maintain high product standards and have the opportunity to sit on the site SLT to drive change.

As a Process Manager, you will be passionate about food and eager to see your products on shelves across major UK retailers. Your goal will be to uphold high product quality standards to minimize customer complaints.

The Key Requirements:

• Educated to degree level with a food specialization or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of quality experience within a bakery or food manufacturing environment
