This is a strategic part of Materion’ s advanced materials portfolio worldwide. Production at the Farnborough plant is expanding, and we are seeking a new member of the team to support this activity.
Summary
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Process & Maintenance Engineer will provide the Operations Manager with engineering support for process operations, developments and qualifications. The Process Engineer will provide engineering support to drive cost/efficiency (yield and labour) improvements and cycle time reduction in our existing product and service portfolio, as well as to support new business opportunities. He/she will also assist with investigation and proposal of new equipment, procedures and methods to improve our processes. This role requires a broad range of practical hands-on engineering skills to design, implement and enhance manufacturing operations.
