About Our Wednesbury Site

Our advanced manufacturing site in Wednesbury, West Midlands, is our newest, with around £4.7 million invested in state-of-the-art facilities. It is a flagship Added Value centre employing over 150 talented individuals, supplying some of the UK’s largest supermarkets and restaurants.

About The Role

As Process Leader, you will manage production processes and staff to meet Safety, Quality, Training, Productivity, and Cost targets efficiently. You will be a key player in driving and managing your production line to meet customer needs and quality standards.

• Organize and motivate staff to maximize potential and ensure effective staffing.
• Ensure staff training and development, completing relevant documentation.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet specifications.
• Develop and improve production processes and implement new initiatives.
• Monitor KPI data, report daily performance, and escalate issues timely.
• Plan daily staff rotas and address staffing issues effectively and fairly.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Experience in fast-paced production environments.
• Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, with good working relationships.
• Practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and approach staff amicably.
