Job Opportunity: Process Leader at Avara Foods

Working Hours

11.5 hours per week, Sunday from 05:30 to 18:00

About the Role

As a Process Leader, you will oversee retail and de-boning production, supporting Section Managers in a fast-paced FMCG environment that is noisy and refrigerated in parts, manufacturing short shelf life products with critical hygiene standards.

• Supporting ongoing training for staff, including new starters and agency workers
• Ensuring products are correctly produced, processed, and packaged
• Reporting KPI data regularly
• Escalating issues promptly to management
• Conducting product checks for safety, hygiene, and quality
• Minimizing equipment downtime by ensuring proper setup and changeover processes

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Good English and basic numeracy skills
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and flexibility
• Experience in production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
