- Lead and coach Team Leaders to achieve SQDCPE targets and ensure production readiness for all launch milestones.
- Oversee daily shift performance and report key metrics to Senior Production Leader.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the production line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance to resolve constraints and optimize throughput.
- Ensure adherence to Global Manufacturing System (GMS) and Quality Operating System (QOS) standards.
- Manage team performance, attendance, and development, including disciplinary and capability procedures.
- Support cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements aligned with business goals.

- Strong understanding of safety systems and production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning tools.

- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., GMS, PDCA, CCAR).
