Help power iconic electric cars by working alongside talented technicians and leaders. Use your expertise, cutting-edge technology, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient, sustainable, and high-quality production. Fuel the exceptional.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Lead and coach Team Leaders to achieve SQDCPE targets and ensure production readiness for all launch milestones.
• Oversee daily shift performance and report key metrics to senior management.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the production line.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to resolve constraints and optimize throughput.
• Ensure adherence to GMS and QOS standards.
• Manage team performance, attendance, and development, including disciplinary and capability procedures.
• Support cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements aligned with business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Leadership experience in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of safety systems and production processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning tools.
• Experience in manpower planning and team development.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., GMS, PDCA, CCAR).
