Job summary

Redditch, Worcestershire site is seeking a Process Lead to oversee day-to-day manufacturing and processing operations, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. This hands-on role combines process oversight with stock management, warehouse coordination, health and safety, and quality documentation.

The successful candidate will have experience in GMP/BRC environments and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing within a GMP, BRC or similarly regulated environment.
• A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH, risk assessments and safe material handling.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around weights, measures and documentation.
• Good communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to follow procedures, manage priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to rotate shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and manufacturing activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, BRC, health and safety, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Monitor stock levels, packaging availability and material movements.
• Support production planning to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, procedures and stock reports.
• Coordinate goods dispatch, deliveries and collections.
• Ensure safe handling, storage and segregation of food products and chemicals.
• Support audits, staff training and continuous improvement across the operation.
