Job Description:

Miryco Consultants are working with a global leading asset manager to add a senior process improvement professional to their growing team. This is a senior role and offers an opportunity for an experienced individual to join a global, exciting company.

The individual will lead complex or large process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Agile to develop, analyze, and improve existing business processes, applying expertise to enhance business and client results.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and improve business processes to enhance quality, reduce costs, increase efficiency and productivity, and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Manage process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of related work experience with progressive responsibility.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent training and experience.
  • Process improvement certification, with the ability to obtain certification within one year.
  • Experience in Asset Management or Wrap Platform preferred.
  • Experience in developing documentation to support analysis and improvements, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses.
