Process Engineer (Temp - Perm)

Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Up to £55ph Outside IR35

Salary: Competitive

Start Date: ASAP

We're working with a leading engineering business in Oxfordshire who are seeking a Process Engineer to join on an initial 3-month contract, with the view to transition into a permanent position. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing composite manufacturing processes for technology used in the Energy sector.

Role Overview
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for composite components
  • Support the transition from prototype to scalable production methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and operations
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Document and standardise procedures and best practices
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a composites environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques for fibre-reinforced composites
  • Understanding of process development, tooling, and materials handling
  • Experience within Renewable is desirable but not essential
  • Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
