A leading global provider of renewable resources is seeking a Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer to focus on process and quality improvement at their Somerset mill. The position requires a BS in Chemical Engineering and 5 years of experience in pulp or papermaking processes. The successful candidate will manage and comply with safety systems while providing technical advice to improve efficiencies and quality. This role offers an opportunity to interact with various departments and lead improvement projects.

Somerset is currently looking for a Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer with a focus on process and quality improvement activities and the desire to move into operations in the future. This position is for an individual who is or has the ability to become proficient with mill data systemsin order to support the technical and operations’ needs. The successful candidate will lead improvement efforts through process and product trials, provide advice and service to improve process efficiencies, product quality and cost, devising new approaches for determining solutions.
