Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering within advanced manufacturing or high‑tech sectors.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design activities including mass/energy balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process modelling for new and existing manufacturing systems.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve throughput, yield, safety, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
• Support FEED, detailed design, commissioning, and start‑up activities for advanced facilities.
• Conduct process hazard analyses (HAZOP, LOPA, ATEX) and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Review conformity with EU Directives (PED, ATEX, Machinery Directives).
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare specifications, design reports, operating procedures, and validation protocols.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and support decision‑making.
• Troubleshoot process issues during construction and commissioning.
