We're now on the lookout for a Process Engineer / Lean Specialist-a dynamic, hands-on professional with a passion for continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and digital innovation. If you want to make a genuine impact on how the construction industry operates, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead lean initiatives to streamline production, reduce waste, and boost efficiency.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and apply Six Sigma and root cause analysis to solve complex challenges.
  • Embed 5S, visual management, and standard work practices across our operations.
  • Collaborate with Production, Design, and Quality teams to improve manufacturability.
  • Drive our MMC and DfMA transformation through process improvement and digital tools.
What You Bring
  • A degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid experience in a complex manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Expertise in Lean tools and methodologies - Six Sigma certification a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, shop floor presence.
  • Experience with digital tools such as MES systems, Power BI or AutoCAD (a bonus!).
