Job Description

Bridgefield Capital has signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business, including brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid, DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. The transaction is expected to close at the end of 2025.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

1. Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to develop and improve processes, tools, and equipment across the supply chain to ensure predictable, reliable, and efficient production, order management, and logistics. Lead new product industrialization projects at supplier sites.
2. Review, escalate, and implement product changes with suppliers, including material, equipment, and process updates.
3. Pursue continuous improvement in quality, cost, delivery, and service (QCDS).

You will be responsible for:

1. Conducting qualification and surveillance audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with Philips Emergency Care standards.
2. Driving supplier performance management and improvement, providing feedback to meet customer expectations.
3. Ensuring products and services from suppliers meet specifications and quality requirements.
4. Leading and supporting product development lifecycle management, including DfMAT.
5. Initiating and executing Capex optimization projects.

You're right for this role if you have:

1. A BS in Engineering or a related technical field, with a preference for supply chain, operations, or engineering majors.
2. Experience in supply chain operations, supplier management, manufacturing, or quality engineering.
3. Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, product development, quality management, and business acumen.
4. Strong analytical skills, including Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
5. Experience working with supplier leadership to meet business and customer needs.
6. Ability to work remotely in a cross-functional environment.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Experience with APQP and PPAP processes.
