Job Description:

Job Title: Process Engineer - NPI & Sustaining

Role Overview: In this role, you will partner with key suppliers and contract manufacturers to develop, improve, and industrialize processes, tools, and equipment for supply chain systems, ensuring reliable and efficient production and logistics. You will review and implement product changes with suppliers, pursue continuous improvement in quality, cost, delivery, and service, and conduct audits to ensure supplier compliance with Philips standards.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with suppliers to develop and improve processes, tools, and equipment for supply chain systems.
• Review, escalate, and deploy product changes from/to suppliers.
• Drive continuous performance improvements in quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Conduct qualification and surveillance audits of suppliers.
• Manage and improve supplier performance, providing feedback and consultancy.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Support product development lifecycle management including DfMAT.
• Lead Capex optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Engineering or a related technical field, preferably with a focus on supply chain or operations.
• Experience in supply chain operations, supplier management, manufacturing, or quality engineering.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, product development, and quality management.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Experience working with supplier leadership to meet business and customer needs.
• Ability to work remotely in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with APQP and PPAP processes.
