Job summary

SmartEdge, Lda is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive hands-on process engineering in a manufacturing setting in Leeds, United Kingdom. You will provide end-to-end support for establishing efficient manufacturing processes and lead optimization initiatives.

The role requires knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, and statistical methods (MSA, SPC, DOEs, Reliability) with exposure to ISO13485 and ISO14971 as an advantage, plus familiarity with 3D CAD software.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in process engineering in manufacturing industry.
• End to end support for establishing manufacturing processes.
• Optimization and efficiency improvement of processes.
• Support IQ OQ PQ Validation.
• Exposure to ISO13485 and ISO14971 medical standards - Advantage.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD software.
