MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading global manufacturer of complex automotive components to recruit an experienced Process Engineer, based in Belfast. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the manufacturing facility. You'll support and lead improvement initiatives, optimise production processes, and contribute to delivering world-class manufacturing performance.

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• A minimum of 2 year's post-graduate experience in a process engineering role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with process improvement methodologies
• Exposure to project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
