Job description

Process Engineer - Manufacturing / Packaging Lines

This role involves providing operational and project engineering support to ensure reliable and compliant operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment at Hatfield. The engineer will ensure operations align with Quality System, GMP, Industry Standards, and Eisai Corporate Standards.

The key duties include maintaining safety, ensuring product quality, identifying operational improvements, and supporting various engineering disciplines such as Production, Utilities, and Facilities Management. The role also encompasses compliance activities like risk assessments, change management, audits, and SOP generation.

Responsibilities extend to maintenance planning, external contractor management, equipment spares management, and leading or advising on engineering projects, including equipment selection, design, commissioning, and validation.

Qualifications required include a relevant engineering degree, professional memberships, GMP manufacturing experience, project management training, and strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. The role is at a Mid-Senior level, full-time, within the Staffing, Recruiting, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industries.
