Job summary

Eakin Healthcare is seeking 3 Process Engineers to own performance improvement, process control and compliant manufacturing in a regulated medical device setting.

Join a family-owned global company delivering innovative healthcare solutions across multiple sites, with strong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence. 37.5 hours/week, shift work Mon-Fri 06:00–22:00, occasional site travel.

Qualifications

  • Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience to drive cost and quality improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of OEE, quality, process capability and waste reduction.
  • Ability to analyse production data and translate insights into actions.
  • Experience validating processes and supporting NPI.
  • Proficient with Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Improve process performance and control in a regulated medical device environment.
  • Support reliable, compliant manufacture and risk management.
  • Collaborate to implement equipment, tooling and process changes.
  • Drive Lean and problem-solving to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and sustain corrective actions.
  • Strengthen standard work and operator capability across shifts.
