Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking a Graduate Process Engineer to work on fluid flow systems with a focus on mixing processes in both nuclear and non-nuclear sectors. You will conduct experimental work, analyse data, and perform engineering calculations while developing technical skills through internal and external training.

The role sits within the Process Engineering team, delivering high-quality engineering output for internal and external clients in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of single and multiphase fluid mechanics; mixing desirable.
• Experience with lab testing, data interpretation and statistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with peers and technicians on test rigs; perform experimental data analysis.
• Carry out calculations relating to design and operation of fluid systems.
• Produce documentation and contribute to technical reports.
• Present results and analyses to peers.
• Adhere to project budgets and deadlines; contribute to health and safety processes.
