Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of assembly and in‑process test processes and facilities.

You will plan installation timing with key suppliers, verify assembly processes, run build simulations and PFMEA, and drive equipment capability and availability targets across the manufacturing footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement assembly and in-process test processes and facilities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Detailed planning, development and implementation of installation timing plans with key suppliers.
• Ensure robust process planning including build simulations and PFMEA.
• Assembly process & equipment verification at suppliers and at manufacturing facility.
• Manage technical issues and elevate where appropriate.
• Achieve equipment capability and availability targets.
• Support the resolution of technical issues where appropriate.
• Plan and implement all written manufacturing processes and tooling, jigs and fixtures.
