We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead end-to-end process optimisation initiatives that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and digital integration across the luxury estate business. Reporting to the Commercial CEO, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing workflows, leading quality improvement projects, and implementing process enhancement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, some industry experience in operations or process optimisation, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and expertise in driving organisational change.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting comprehensive end-to-end analysis of existing business processes and procedures.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identifying and investigating process gaps, performance issues, and customer or stakeholder complaints.
  • Defining and establishing performance benchmarks and standards across the organization.
  • Monitoring organisational workflows and staff performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline operations, boost productivity, and improve employee engagement.
  • Sharing insights, recommendations, and feedback with team members and leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting team members in adopting new processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Staying current with industry trends and advancements in process optimization and organizational management.

What experience you will need to apply:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Masters in Engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrable industry experience in ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
  • A track record of identifying weak points in processes and organisational structures.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset.
  • An excellent communicator with a high degree of presentational skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
  • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
