Process Engineer

Located in Salisbury, NC 28147 (Onsite).

Job Description:

• Support engineering team to verify and update SOPs in DCS.
• Validate the accuracy of Bill of Materials in DCS versus SAP.
• Assist in creating new SOPs in DCS.
• Maintain master data.
• Contribute to training operators on the use of DCS and digital tools.
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hrs/week.
• Pay Rate: $20 – 27/hour (W2, Biweekly).

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; open to recent graduates, final-year students, or master's students.
• Interest in working in a chemical manufacturing environment; experience with PLC and/or DCS control systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Eager to learn about automation and digitalization systems.
• Contract-to-start with potential for extension based on performance.
