Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer – 3 Roles Available!

£38,500 - £60,000 | Peterborough

How would you like to be part of a manufacturer that goes against the grain, doesn’t accept that things “have to be this way” and actively tries to make the world a better place?

Working in their very impressive, newly-built facility in Peterborough, you will be part of a team tasked with ensuring process optimisation, equipment validation, NPI transfers, and making sure product quality remains extremely high, all while meeting your customers' high expectations!

Culturally, the business is in an exciting place. Due to some recent huge commercial wins, they are poised for fantastic growth over the next couple of years. Their staff are loyal and have remained committed to the company on its journey so far.

What will you need?

• We can be flexible with qualifications, but you’ll need to have an engineering background within chemicals, M/E, pharma, automotive, or a similar industrial world.
• Exposure to Process Engineering projects – production efficiency, CI/Lean, quality improvements, equipment validation.
• Huge enthusiasm, with fantastic communication skills.
