Qualifications

• Experience with thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber.

Directly reporting into the Director of Manufacturing

Responsible for providing process and technical support – molding and secondary processes.

Work alongside additional teams such as New Product Introduction team.

Injection and compression/transfer molding, thermoplastic, high consistency rubber, liquid silicone rubber expertise.

Develop scientific molding principles.

Follow necessary operating procedures and instructions.

Ensure products are ready for production & input into IQ, OQ and PQ as required.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years’ Experience – Hands-on Process Engineer (Molding).
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of materials, scientific molding principles, and process equipment.
• Experience with pad printing, sonic welding, milling, and deflashing.
• Strong team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
