Job description

At this well-established facility, which manufactures specialist products for the automotive, aerospace, and defence sectors, significant investments are being made in new plant, cutting-edge machinery, and exceptional talent.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Process Engineer to review processes and optimise efficiency to improve productivity.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to production daily to meet the production plan and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  2. Fully understand manufacturing equipment capabilities and collaborate with maintenance to maintain optimal operating conditions.
  3. Ensure equipment is user-friendly and always safe.
  4. Identify and influence upgrades in production areas and manufacturing equipment to enhance process quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
  5. Work with design and development teams to implement robust manufacturing solutions.
Candidate requirements:
  1. Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Self-motivated and proactive.
