CK Group are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a chemicals manufacturing company at their site based in Stoke, on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Company:

Our client is a leader in the global manufacture of specialty materials, developing and manufacturing a range of pigments and nanomaterials.

Location:

The R&D Manager will be based at the company's site in Stoke, easily commutable from surrounding areas.

Process Engineer Role:

Your main duties will be:

  1. Process improvements for existing production lines
  2. Introduction of new products into production scale
  3. Introduction of new technologies on plant scale
  4. Further development of statistical tools to control process and quality stability
  5. Interaction with equipment suppliers, organisation and evaluation of trials
  6. Interaction and cooperation with QC, R&D, EH&S, Sales Departments

Your Background:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Preciseness
  • Good documentation skills
