In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. You will have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise to design, implement, and monitor processes, ensuring they meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and develop optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Design and implement new processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct process simulations and modeling to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate processes into production and ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor process performance, compile data, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Lead troubleshooting initiatives for process-related issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all processes.
  • Participate in risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in process engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the Oil & Energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of process design principles, methodologies, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
