Process Engineer – Rubber Moulding
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30 (45-min lunch), Friday 07:00–12:00
Salary: Competitive Benefits
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Process Engineer with a passion for hands-on problem-solving and a background in rubber moulding? We're working with a specialist manufacturing business seeking a proactive and detail-focused individual to join their engineering team.

The Role:
This is a hands-on position supporting production processes directly on the shop floor. You’ll be responsible for developing and documenting new processes for rubber moulded components and related assembly operations.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing processes for injection, compression, and transfer moulding


  • Supporting rubber testing and analysis with internal lab resources


  • Involvement in rubber-to-substrate bonding and tooling optimisation


  • Analysing moulding parameters to resolve production issues


  • Delivering training and process handovers to machine operators


  • Collaborating with CAD and tooling teams on design and implementation
