About the Role:

As a Process Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment within a state-of-the-art facility. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your engineering skills in a regulated GMP environment while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing and packaging processes.
  • Optimise plant equipment for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and availability.
  • Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance regimes and manage external contractors.
  • Support commissioning, qualification, and validation of new equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GEP, and internal quality systems.

Requirements/ experience needed:

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing (MHRA/FDA).
  • Strong understanding of commissioning, qualification, and validation.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
