Are you ready to take your process engineering career to the next level with a global market leader in intralogistics and warehouse automation?
We’re working with a world-class organisation that delivers cutting-edge automated solutions for some of the most recognisable brands in retail and e-commerce. Their embedded service team at a high-profile distribution centre is expanding - and they’re now looking for a Process Engineer to help drive optimisation, innovation, and performance across their advanced automated systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and execute process optimisations across automated logistics systems
Use data analytics to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable improvements
Conduct root-cause analysis and deliver performance improvement initiatives
Build strong relationships with on-site operations, service teams, and the end customer
Develop business cases to support continuous improvement and system enhancements
Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and performance analysis methods
What You'll Bring:
A background in continuous improvement or process engineering
Experience working closely with operations teams in a warehouse or logistics setting
Strong data skills and a genuine interest in performance analytics & optimisation
Confidence working with stakeholders and driving change from the ground up
Familiarity with Lean / CI methodologies - Lean Six Sigma experience highly desirable
