Are you ready to take your process engineering career to the next level with a global market leader in intralogistics and warehouse automation?

We’re working with a world-class organisation that delivers cutting-edge automated solutions for some of the most recognisable brands in retail and e-commerce. Their embedded service team at a high-profile distribution centre is expanding - and they’re now looking for a Process Engineer to help drive optimisation, innovation, and performance across their advanced automated systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and execute process optimisations across automated logistics systems

  • Use data analytics to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable improvements

  • Conduct root-cause analysis and deliver performance improvement initiatives

  • Build strong relationships with on-site operations, service teams, and the end customer

  • Develop business cases to support continuous improvement and system enhancements

  • Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and performance analysis methods

What You'll Bring:

  • A background in continuous improvement or process engineering

  • Experience working closely with operations teams in a warehouse or logistics setting

  • Strong data skills and a genuine interest in performance analytics & optimisation

  • Confidence working with stakeholders and driving change from the ground up

  • Familiarity with Lean / CI methodologies - Lean Six Sigma experience highly desirable
