Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze & Calculate: Support cooling water island systems with cutting-edge analysis and calculation methods.
  2. Flow & Thermal Analyses: Perform static and transient flow and thermal analyses using advanced software tools.
  3. System Design & Integration: Assist in designing and integrating various systems.
  4. Documentation: Produce, review, and update system documentation.
  5. Control Philosophy: Define control strategies for system performance.
  6. Component Sizing: Determine the appropriate sizes for system components.
  7. Thermal-Hydraulic Modeling: Conduct thermal-hydraulic calculations and modeling.
  8. Equipment Specifications: Formulate detailed equipment specifications.

Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics.
  • Experience: Proven experience in producing design documentation and test specifications.
  • Software: Proficiency with PIPESIM, Flomaster, or other 1D CFD software.
