We're working with a well-established food manufacturer based in the North West. They operate in a fast-paced, high-demand category, and have a collaborative, experienced technical team. With a supportive Process Manager and a grounded, approachable leadership team (great comradery on in the factory) there's room here to grow and shape your career.

What you'll be doing:

• Turning kitchen concepts into factory-ready products
• Running factory trials end-to-end
• Presenting to major retail customers and being the main point of contact
• Improving processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and boost product quality
• Working cross-functionally with production, planning, NPD, and technical teams
• Sitting in on taste panels and helping fine-tune product quality
• Navigating HACCP, customer standards, and compliance requirements

What you'll bring:

• Strong food manufacturing experience
• Confidence running trials or improving processes in a fast-paced setting
• A proactive mindset, confident to own projects collaborating with all other functions
• Organised and adaptable, able to juggle priorities when things shift
• A good grasp of customer standards and market awareness
