We are looking for an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities:

1. Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields (Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist) is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
• You can choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule.
• Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
