Job Description:

What you’ll be doing

HR Process Design:Lead the development and optimisation of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to streamline HR operations, enhancing the colleague experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with HR leaders, business units, and other stakeholders to understand needs, ensure alignment of HR processes with organisational goals, and implement recommendations.
Risk Management:Assess and mitigate risks associated with HR processes and controls.
Training and Development:Provide guidance and training to HR staff on new processes and controls.
Performance Monitoring: Establish testing, metrics, and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of HR processes and controls.
Project Management:Lead and participate in projects through planning, execution, engagement, documentation, and monitoring of project/program work.
Mentorship: Mentor other Process Design & Improvement professionals, enhancing team capabilities and establishing a centre of excellence for continuous improvement.

The skills you'll need to succeed

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Extensive experience in HR process design, controls, and continuous improvement, with hands-on application of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
•In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and compliance standards.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in identifying and implementing effective solutions.
•Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives from inception to completion.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Proficiency with HR software and systems; experience with ServiceNow HRSD is a plus.
•Skilled in cross-functional leadership, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and achieving aligned results.
•Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to clearly communicate rationale and effectively engage teams in driving change.
