Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe in Ashbourne is seeking a Process Controller to join the Twilight shift at our Blenheim Road site and uphold production standards and product quality.

The role offers £14.61 per hour, full-time permanent employment with on-site parking and training. Shift: Monday to Friday, 16:45–01:15, with a strong emphasis on Hygiene, Health & Safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess production processes to meet specifications.
• Record production and quality data clearly and accurately.
• Report issues promptly to management for corrective action.
• Ensure equipment is available and within specifications.
• Follow Hygiene, Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
• Support smooth handovers between shifts.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Support environmental and waste reduction initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess production processes to meet product and customer specifications
• Carry out checks in an accurate and timely manner to minimise disruption
• Record production and quality data clearly and accurately
• Report any issues promptly to management for corrective action
• Ensure all equipment is available, working correctly, and within specifications
• Follow all Hygiene, Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
• Support smooth handovers between shifts
• Take part in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement activities
• Work in a way that supports environmental and waste reduction initiatives
