Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Grantham is seeking an Intake Process Controller for a structured 4 on/4 off shift (06:00-18:00). The role focuses on quality checks, stock control, and using SAP/Innova to record data.

You will ensure hygiene and housekeeping standards and support the team with additional duties as needed. Applicants should bring aptitude for tight deadlines, strong communication, and experience with SAP or Innova systems.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills.

• Previous quality inspection experience.
• PPT licence.
• Experience working within the food manufacturing industry.

Job description

We are looking for an Intake Process Controller to join our team in a fast-paced chilled production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Checking product quality and ensuring standards are maintained
• Recording and updating information on SAP and Innova systems
• Receipting ingredients using the SAP system
• Raising and reporting non-conformances
• Completing stock taking activities
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Carrying out hygiene duties
• Supporting the department with additional tasks as required

What We\'re Looking For

Full training will be provided; however, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers
• Good computer skills
• Experience using SAP and/or Innova systems
• Previous quality inspection experience
• PPT licence
• Experience working within the food manufacturing industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift pattern: 4 on/4 off, 06:00-18:00

Salary starts from £29 952 per year
