Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a Process Controller for Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works on a permanent basis. You will be part of a team managing plant operation 24/7, using SCADA, and directing Process Technicians to ensure services meet standards.
Training will be provided for health & safety and process requirements. You will work 12-hour shifts, days and nights, with on-site responsibility when outside hours.
We are looking for a Process Controller to join Thames Water on a permanent basis.
Working as part of a team of process controllers you will be responsible for the effective running of Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works 24 hours a day.
This is done using SCADA and responding to specific situations to ensure the relevant processes are brought under control or escalated to an event. Out of hours you will be the responsible person on site and will direct the Process Technicians to ensure that services are delivered in accordance to standards.
Every working day is different at Maple Lodge, which provides a very interesting, challenging and rewarding working environment. You will be at one of the biggest sewage treatment works on the Thames Water Estate and will receive full training and support for the Health & Safety, technical and process requirements related to the plant.
