A major water utility company is seeking a Process Coach to lead training and competency assessments for Water Production staff. The role requires a full UK driving licence and experience in the water production environment, emphasizing mentoring and assessment skills. Offering a salary of £47,680 plus benefits, this hybrid role supports work-life balance through flexible arrangements.
We are looking for a Process Coach (Water Production) to join Thames Water on a fixed term basis until 1st July 2026.
The role of a Process Coach is to develop and assess the competencies of individuals participating in the company’s Licence to Operate (LTO) programme for Water Production.
To articulate and demonstrate high standards of operational excellence within front-line operational teams through developing, delivering and assessing Licence to Operate (LTO) competency plans for individuals, teams and regions in line with the Thames Water values, policies and procedures.
Base location: Hybrid - Clearwater Court - RG1 8DB, Hybrid - Farmoor (WTW), Hybrid - Fobney (WTW) - RG2 0SF, Hybrid - Hampton (WTW) - TW12 2ES, to be discussed at the interview stage, which base location will suit you best.
Work Pattern: 36 hours per week Monday Friday, 08:00 – 16:30. This is a hybrid role that will involve working in the Field, office and home.
