A leading water company is seeking a Process Coach to develop competencies for the Licence to Operate programme. Responsibilities include coordinating training, developing plans, and monitoring performance. Ideal candidates have water production experience and great assessment skills. This hybrid role is based in Epsom, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
We are seeking a Process Coach (Water Networks) to join Thames Water permanently.
The role of a Process Coach is to develop and assess the competencies of individuals participating in the company’s Licence to Operate (LTO) programme for Water Production. To articulate and demonstrate high standards of operational excellence within front-line operational teams through developing, delivering and assessing Licence to Operate competency plans for individuals, teams and regions in line with the Thames Water values, policies and procedures.
South London – Epsom (KT17 1BW), alternate base locations can be discussed at the interview stage.
36 hours per week, Monday Friday, 08:00 – 16:30. This is a hybrid role that will involve working in the Field, office and home.
