Job description

Process Change Manager, EU CF Flex & Specialty

The Process Change Manager (PCM) role leads technology-driven supply chain initiatives across Amazon's EU CF Flex & Specialty Network. This position combines operational leadership with technology implementation and integration to drive standardization and continuous improvement within supply chain programs. The role focuses on leveraging system integration, new tech deployments and advanced analytics to enhance network performance, reduce cost to serve and improve speed experience for final customers.

Key job responsibilities
* Design requirements and implement warehouse management process optimization solutions to improve efficiency across fulfillment centers
* Lead cross-functional initiatives with placement, AFT, SCOT and operations teams to develop and deploy new technological solutions and to execute process improvements
* Analyze network-wide performance metrics using advanced analytics to identify optimization opportunities
* Coach operational leaders on new technological solutions and process standards
* Manage end-to-end project milestones from conception through pilot testing to network-wide deployment. Site visits to test in field.
* Drive data-driven decision making through comprehensive analysis, narrative writing to front line and executive managers

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: MAD, LUX, MILAN, BCN. Also in any FC in ITES

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related technical field
* Extensive experience in operations, process engineering, or supply chain management or data science
* Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology implementation projects
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Proven track record of stakeholder management across multiple levels
* Ability to travel up to 20% of time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
* Experience with AI and machine learning applications in supply chain operations
* Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages
* Proficiency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish)
* Background in implementing tech solutions
* Experience working with software development teams on technical solutions
