Job summary

A financial services firm in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Process Automation Developer to implement automation solutions in a greenfield environment. Job description

Process Automation Developer (RPA, Intelligent Automation, Blue Prism, Power Platform) required by our financial client in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

You MUST have the following:

• Experience as a Process/Intelligent Automation Developer/Analyst/Engineer
• Experience with Power Platform, Blue Prism, or similar tools
• Excellent ability to gather requirements, document roadmaps, and conduct UAT
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills from both business and technology perspectives
• Experience working within Agile methodologies

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:

• SQL skills

In this role, you will be operating in a greenfield environment with no existing process automation. You will engage with approximately 250 users across all departments to understand their processes and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency. You will be the sole person in this role, collaborating with the new head of IT who has experience in process automation.

The position is initially a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extending to 12 months.

Work setup: Hybrid, 3 days/week initially, with increased flexibility later.

Duration: 6-12 months

Rate: £275-350/day
