Responsibilities:

1. Leading assurance and control reviews across all processes in Insurer Services, including suppliers.
2. Providing visibility of controls and assurance activities.
3. Ensuring controls are effective and driving improvements through systems and processes.
4. Tracking assurance activities and review actions.
5. Leading regulatory and cross-functional initiatives, and deep dive reviews for regulatory, conduct, and performance outcomes.
6. Creating and maintaining reports for assurance and controls.

Skills we would love you to have:

• Strong understanding of assurance and control requirements.
• Experience in insurance, claims experience is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
