Responsibilities:

1. Leading assurance and control reviews of all processes across Insurer Services, including supplier elements.
2. Providing clear visibility of controls and assurance activities.
3. Ensuring controls are effective and driving improvements through systems and processes.
4. Maintaining assurance coverage and tracking review actions.
5. Leading regulatory and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring actions are completed successfully.
6. Creating and maintaining assurance reporting.
